Horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps type GR, GrU, GrAU are applied for pumping of abrasive slurries (pulps) with high content of solids (up to 30%* by volume), density of pumped slurry up to 1600 kg/m³*, pH value from 6 to 12, maximum size of pumped solids not more than 200 mm and temperature of pumped slurry up to 70 °С (optionally up to 120 °С).

APPLICATIONS

Mining, metallurgy, potash industries, thermal energy (combined heat and power stations and state regional power plants), hydromechanization, oil sand processing, mining and processing of sand and gravel. 

DESIGN

Pumps type GR, GrU, GrAU are centrifugal single-stage, single-casing pumps with one-side intake of slurry to impeller. Suction nozzle is axially directed; discharge nozzle is directed upwards (for some models location of discharge nozzle may vary by 30° or 90° of its standard vertical position). Pumps type GrA, GrAK (R) can have V-belt motor drive (up to 250 KW).
