APPLICATIONS:
The pumps are designed for the oil pipeline systems with a pressure up to 10 MPa (installed in the "East Siberia – Pacific Ocean I" pipeline system).
ADVANTAGES AND DESIGN FEATURES:
The pumps and pumping assemblies are designed for operation in the following conditions:
in the regions with moderate and cold climate with a temperature range from +1 to +40°С;
in explosion-hazardous areas of Class 2 according to DIN;
in areas with seismicity of up to 9 on a МSК-64 scale.
Design features:
Potential replaceable rotors application in the same frame;
The pump structure allows to adjust parameters by changing the pump shaft rotation rate;
The pump structure allows to dismantle the pump and remove the rotor without disconnecting from the process pipes;
Pump shaft mechanical seals – double face seals with locking system. The pump structure allows to replace face seals without removing bearing housing;
Oil supply to the pump and engine bearings is carried out from the unit’s lubrication system with installed electric heaters accounted for oil heating;
Pumping units based on NM 10000-380-2 are equipped with tools from leading global manufacturers such as explosion-proof electric motors, couplings, high-efficiency air cooling devices.

Face seals cleanup is carried out with the help of hydro-cyclone separators of the oil pumping out, supplied from the pump decreasing space to face seals chambers as coolant medium. The pump structure allows to replace mechanical seals without removing bearing housings;
Oil supply to the pump and engines bearings is carried out from the unit's individual lubrication system;
The units based on NM 7000-250-3.1 are equipped with tools from leading global manufacturers such as explosion-proof electric motors, couplings, frequency transformers, etc.
