DESCRIPTION
2NPS series pumps are intended for handling oil, petroleum products, gas condensate, liquefied hydrocarbon gases, chemicals and other liquids similar by physical properties (specific gravity, viscosity, density) and corrosion impact on the pumps construction materials. The pumps have been designed in full compliance with API 610 standard of the latest edition as the axially split, multistage, between-bearings pumps.

DESIGN FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Energy-efficient flow path ensures high performance, low NPSH, and minimal rotor vibration.
Replaceable wearing rings of the hard alloy materials significantly extend the operational lifetime of the rotor and stator wearable parts.
Rigid stepped shaft with increased diameter eliminates contact between rotating and fixed parts in all operational modes and extends the service life of mechanical seals.
Thermal barriers prevent the mechanical seals and bearings from overheating in pumping of high-temperature liquids.
Efficient lubrication and cooling system for bearings ensures their long service life.
Pump and motor are connected with a steel membrane coupling for low vibration and requiring no maintenance.
Bearing housings are rigidly fixed in the casing for quick and reliable alignment of rotor and stator to simplify the maintenance operations.
Horizontal split is hermetically sealed by a high-reliable metal-to-metal leakless sealing.
Suction and discharge nozzles are designed in accordance with GOST/DIN/ANSI/ ISO for a rated pressure of 160 bar.
Special mount of the pump on a rigid welded base plate ensures its free movement at temperature expansion without misalignment of pump and rotor shafts.
The mechanical seals installation chambers are fully compliant with API 682. The mechanical seals installation chambers are fully compliant with API 682 and API 610.
SHAFT SEAL
Seal chamber, being complaint with API 610 / ISO 13709 requirements, is designed to fit API 682 / ISO 21049 compliant seals of a cartridge type and provides necessary space for tandem and double mechanical seals installation.
